So if you have basement flooding in Fort Collins, we hope you’ll call us for an immediate response & free onsite cost estimate. For years, we’ve helped get water in basements out, and we’ve got everything necessary to dry out your basement so you don’t get mold!
All jobs require a unique, customized approach. That means we have to assess the loss thoroughly before determining the correct mitigation plan. But it always starts with a free onsite estimate for our clients! Just call and we’ll send out a technician to provide you with a free cost estimate and explain your options, answer your questions, etc.
Not sure how we arrive at our prices? Watch the video below to learn about the estimating process, the Xactimate system, and what we do to make sure there are no issues when the insurance claim is brought into the fold.
Step 2. Basement Water Extraction
If you want we can begin getting the water out of your basement immediately so that it doesn’t travel to other unaffected areas and cause even more water damage. We have specialized equipment that can extract water from every surface type and we can have most of the moisture out within an hour of being onsite. But there’s still some work to be done to get it dry…
Step 3. Mold Prevention & Drying
Once we have the majority of the water safely out of your basement, we need to complete the work of getting the final 3-5% of moisture gone. This process can take 3+ days of using drying equipment, so to give ourselves more time to dry-out the structure before mold grows, we apply anti-microbial solution to inhibit mold growth.
Want to learn more about the steps we take to dryout flooded basements? Watch this quick video. In it, we explain the general steps taken by our Ft Collins emergency restoration company:
At this point, we’re done but there is still some work for us to do to make sure the claim is filed successfully. We will work with your insurance adjuster from the word ‘Go’ to make sure the claim is handled appropriately, and upon completion of our work, the bill for your basement flooding cleanup services goes directly to them!
