ICRA launches consumer site AboutRestoration.com

Posted by Matt Buchanan

The International Cleaning & Restoration Association recently launched a new web site to help educate consumers that are in some phase of the water damage restoration process. The site, AboutRestoration.com,  has a wealth of information to help consumers seeking help with all facets of the process.

There are simple explanations for terms used, guides explaining what to look for when hiring a water damage company, as well as help with insurance adjusters, dispute settlements, etc.

While brand new, we think it can be a great resource, especially if you’re dealing with a water loss for the first time and need some answers to your questions.  Which speaking of, they have a new feature where you can actually ask professionals for help with whatever issues you’re dealing with, so be sure to check it out if you’re lost and need help!
