So when you’re dealing with a water loss and need a water damage cleanup company that offers certified restoration services at fair and honest prices, we hope you’ll call us! For decades, we’ve been San Antonio’s trusted water damage repair service and hope we can be given the chance to help you should you need it!

Here’s some questions you should consider when choosing a water damage cleaning company:

Do you offer free estimates?

A reputable flood restoration company should be willing to come to your property to provide a full estimate for any work they perform.  It’s their opportunity to earn your business, explain how their service works, and why you should choose them to perform any water mitigation services you might need.  It’s also your chance to ask as many questions as necessary so that you understand what is happening and what the process will look like moving forward.

We would be happy to provide you with a free, written estimate for any work you might need performed.

And don’t worry when you receive our water damage estimate about whether or not it’s fair…we guarantee it.  We use the same claims estimation software that insurance adjusters use.  Watch this video to learn more about Xactimate and the water damage cleanup estimating process:

Are you fully certified to perform all work?

It’s important that you use a restoration company that is fully certified to perform any services you might need.  Whether it’s through the Restoration Industry Association or IICRC, reputable water damage restoration companies undergo thorough training and classes and receive certifications denoting their mastery of the industry.  This goes a long way when dealing with your insurance adjuster as they want to know the work has been performed correctly.

Each of our technicians is fully certified and continuously trained so that any water damage cleaning or water extraction & structure drying services are performed to the highest industry standards.

Can you assist with my insurance claim?

Reputable water damage companies should be able to assist you during the claims process.  Insurance companies require quite a bit of documentation and paperwork to settle water loss claims and dealing with that yourself can be challenging.  Restoration companies that are insurance approved can work directly with your insurance company to handle the claims process so that you’re not having to go back and forth with them and pulling all of your hair out!

We would be happy to assist you by handling your claim and directly billing your insurance company for those losses covered under your policy.

Do you stand behind your work?

Unfortunately in the water & flood damage restoration industry there are some companies that are here one day and gone the next.  Some are storm chasers and other simply desolve their business every couple of years and start another.  Ultimately, it’s important to choose a company that will be there for you when you need them.  Ask them how long they’ve been in business.  Check their reputation online.  Ask if they guarantee their work!

We stand behind all of the work performed by our technicians with a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee!

Still not sure how we cleanup water damage?

We created this video to help you understand what the water damage restoration process typically looks like.  Bear in mind, every job is unique, but this should be a good guide to help you better understand what to expect:

Saving water damaged wood floors…

Let’s talk wood floors! One of the big questions we get when we get to home where wooden floors have been soaked is whether or not they can be saved. The quick answer is yes, so long as the wood floor water damage occurred very recently. If it’s been a week and they have sat soaked, they are probably already warping and may need to be replaced. But if the loss is new, we can usually save them using the Injectidry drying system.

As you can see, this system utilizes mats that are applied to the floor that extract/evaporate moisture from within the planks and even the subfloor. Drying wood floors is very much a science, where the difference between a few hours of drying can mean perfectly restored floors and over-dried floors that will need to be replaced!

Questions about your insurance claim? Just call!

insurance-claim-formInsurance claims can be a mess sometimes, but they don’t need to be. The important thing to know is that having an experienced 3rd party in your corner is always in your best interest. Sometimes adjusters push their customers around and the end result is a check for only a small portion of the actual cost of fixing water damage in your home. How do you make sure that doesn’t happen to you? Bring us into the fold from the onset!

You do not need to call your adjuster to get a claim number in order to begin the process. You need to make sure the mitigation process begins as fast as possible, and with us onsite, we make sure that your adjuster is properly informed on the exact extent of damage as well as what we need to do to get it fixed!
